Refund Policy

Clear refund terms before you purchase.

This policy explains when a Super Mail Hub subscription is eligible for a refund and how to request one.

Protected business email, account, and data controls

First annual and multi-year purchases

You may request a full change-of-mind refund for your first annual, two-year, or three-year subscription within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided the service has not been materially used. This window does not restart after a plan change, renewal, or a later purchase by the same customer or workspace.

Monthly plans and renewals

Monthly subscription charges and renewal payments are normally non-refundable. We may approve a refund where required by law, where a duplicate charge occurred, or where a material service failure directly prevented use of the paid service and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

What material use means

Material use includes sustained use of paid mailbox storage, operating multiple paid mailboxes or domains, or substantial use of the paid service. Eligibility is assessed using the service’s account, usage, and billing records. Creating an account, reviewing settings, or carrying out a limited setup test does not by itself prevent a refund.

How to request a refund

Use the public Contact page, choose Billing, and provide the account or workspace name, purchase date, and PayPal transaction reference. Never send payment-card details, passwords, or recovery codes. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate and validate the payment.

How approved refunds are returned

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal, the payment method, and the customer’s bank. Requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or a material breach of the Terms of Service may be refused except where a refund is required by law.

Statutory rights and effective date

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that apply under mandatory consumer law. Effective September 29, 2026. Questions can be submitted through the public Contact page.
