A clear approach to customer and message data.
This notice explains the data Super Mail Hub processes to operate accounts, mailboxes, sending, support, and billing. It should be read before using the service.
Information we process
We process account and workspace details, authentication records, verified domains, mailbox configuration, messages and attachments handled by the service, sending and delivery events, support requests, and subscription references. Paddle processes payment credentials; Super Mail Hub stores the references and status needed to manage the subscription.
Why we process it
Data is used to provide and secure the service, route and deliver email, enforce plan limits, prevent spam and abuse, answer support requests, manage billing, and diagnose reliability problems. We do not sell customer data or use message content for advertising.
Storage, retention, and access
Access is limited by role and workspace. Operational records and messages are retained according to the active plan, mailbox retention rules, security needs, and legal obligations. Spam and Trash are automatically removed after their published retention period.
Service providers and transfers
Infrastructure, malware scanning, DNS, and payment providers may process the minimum data needed for their function. Production operators are responsible for choosing hosting locations and documenting any cross-border transfer safeguards that apply to their deployment.
Your choices and requests
Workspace owners can manage mailboxes, API keys, forwarding, suppression, and subscriptions in the product. Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, payment disputes, or law.
Security and changes
We use tenant boundaries, scoped credentials, malware scanning, transport security, and operational controls to protect data. No internet service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice should be dated and published before they take effect.
